Glabais Blanc de Blancs

This crémant is produced using the traditional method, the same process used for Champagne:

• secondary fermentation in the bottle

• natural formation of bubbles

• ageing on the lees

This method creates very fine bubbles, a creamy texture, and an elegant aromatic complexity.

Grown in the Pays de Waterloo in Wallonia (Belgium), the vineyard benefits from a temperate climate and well-drained soils, allowing the Chardonnay grapes to reach balanced and optimal ripeness.
